Temperature Probes

Temperature probes are used for making contact temperature measurements. They can be used to measure temperature in fluids, processes, enclosures, calibrators and on surfaces. Digital thermometer readouts are used to display the indicated temperature. The temperature sensors contained in temperature probes include PRTs, RTDs, thermocouples, and thermistors. When choosing a temperature probe, consider the type of digital thermometer it will connect to, the desired temperature range, the required level of accuracy, response time, ruggedness, immersion depth and other dimensional requirements.
