Summary of the results of the customer survey for 2024
The results of our annual customer survey are in, and we couldn't be happier with the feedback we've received.
We are proud to share our customers have noticed the amazing improvement in our service.
The most important results
- More than 91% of respondents believe that the brand promise “carefree traceability” is fulfilled by Minerva, the highest score in 7 years. 43% are completely convinced of this.
- The Minerva core values “integer”, “innovative”, “involved” are recognized better than ever in 2024 in the six years we measure this. “Skilled” and “service oriented” have the highest scores this year.
- Almost 95% of respondents find their recent experience with the Minerva service more positive than a year ago. Several customers even find the improvement “amazing”.
- 59% responded “excellent” to the question “How did our staff understand your requirements, provide advice on the application and answer your questions?”. The highest percentage in 7 years.
- 53% responded “excellent” to the question “How did the technical result of the (repair &) calibration service, meet your expectations?” The highest percentage in 7 years.
- Total score Customer Experience Minerva = 8.6. This is right after 2020 and 2021 the highest score in 7 years.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) = 65. This is an indicator for the percentage of promoters of the Minerva brand and services.
After 2020, this year Minerva has the highest percentage of promoters in 7 years. The score is also more than 58% higher than in 2023 and 35% higher than in 2022.
The improved scores on brand promise, customer experience and the NPS are probably also related to the turnaround times of calibration service that have shortened. This is reported by several respondents.
