Tektronix P6111B 200 MHz 10X Passive Probe w/Readout

The P6111B probe is compatible with most general purpose
oscilloscopes that have a 1 MW input impedance and bandwidth up
to 200 MHz. The probe is also compatible with Tektronix oscillo-
scopes that automatically detect probe attenuation and adjust the
scale readout accordingly.
